This was just a suitable option for taking strolls in Tokyo with a good price-quality ratio. We really appreciated the efficient air conditioning that helped us cool down after hot days out exploring the city. Don't expect much room to move around, so pack lightly.

the location is fantastic, right between two train stations, making it super easy to explore local spots, including ameyoko market. housekeeping did a great job, and there was a cute free drink station in the lobby!

The hotel's location stands out, close to shopping areas and dining options. I loved the convenience of the laundry facilities and the vending machine right on-site, which made it easy to grab a snack or drink. The cozy manga nook beside the reception provided a nice touch, letting me unwind with a book. My room, the standard double, was a bit small, but it met my needs as a place to sleep. On the 19th floor, the night views were breathtaking, especially the sight of the Tokyo Skytree. However, the pillows were rock hard, and I found it odd that getting additional ones meant incurring an extra charge. The air conditioning controls could use clearer instructions for ease of use. Lastly, while the staff were generally helpful, their limited command of English sometimes made communication a challenge.

Just spent 5 nights at Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno Okachimachi-super convenient location! Super close to Ueno Park and shopping. Room was tiny but functional. A bit cramped for three with luggage. Enjoyed the free coffee and laundry facilities.

The room was quite cramped for the price, making it difficult to maneuver, especially with luggage. Additionally, the air conditioning settings were not clearly labeled, which made it challenging to get comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast menu, while decent, felt limited and didn’t offer the buffet experience I had hoped for during my stay.

We loved how immaculate our room was, and the convenience of the laundry facilities was a game-changer for our group. The room cleaning was great! And the area was vibrant, we found more local eateries than we could try in our 5 nights, which made every meal an adventure.

Nice quiet room with lots of amenities like air conditioning, a private bathroom, and even a sofa bed. The staff provided great cleaning every day. Loved the foot and full body massages at the spa. It was also super close to Ameyoko market and easy transport options around Tokyo.

The easy access to the train lines and the lovely square nearby made our stay a breeze. The complimentary water bottles were a nice touch, too!

Small room was expected but loved the convenient washing machines and free Wi-Fi!
